- Tony is the visionary founder of  Fastletics. With a background as a former teacher, a degree in business, and decades of coaching, he has leveraged his experiences and values to create a lasting impact. Certified through Spellman Performance, he has established Fastletics as an official speed lab, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth. Over the past two decades, Tony has meticulously built this legacy from the ground up, working quietly yet tirelessly. Today, the fruits of his hard work are evident as the family continues to reap the benefits and expand the company’s reach, reflecting the dedication and commitment that have driven their success.

- Austin is a dedicated sports performance professional with a rich background in athletics and coaching. A former football player at UH Manoa from 2016 to 2018, he earned a BS in Kinesiology/Exercise Science in 2019. During his time there, he honed his skills as an intern with UH Manoa's Strength and Conditioning program.

Since 2019, he has served as a Football Performance Trainer at Damien High School and as a Speed and Strength Coach with Fastletics.  His diverse experience and commitment to athletic development continue to drive their passion for helping athletes achieve their peak performance..

- With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, she skillfully manages the administrative functions that keep the company running smoothly

- Shayla is a dedicated professional in the field of kinesiology and rehabilitation. She earned her BS in Kinesiology/Rehabilitation Science in 2021 and furthered her education by graduating from Hawaii Healing Arts College in 2022. Licensed as a massage therapist in 2023, she brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her roles.

- Additionally, she specializes in sports massage and recovery with Fastletics, starting in 2023, where she helps athletes enhance their performance and well-being through advanced recovery techniques.

- Once an athlete with an eye for capturing moments behind the camera, Maia has channeled that enthusiasm into a promising career in media

- Eager to learn and grow in the industry, she now works with us, traveling to film and document the journeys of our athletes.

- BJ is a long-time friend with a remarkable vision and exceptional talent in the media industry. Known for his creative flair and strategic insight, BJ has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to capture compelling stories and craft engaging content.

- BJ was also the one that helped pilot the Fastletics media program to bring it where it is today.

- He has his own media business where he works for a plethora of different companies and brands but still provides us with amazing content part-time.

- Coach Austin's fiancee plays a vital role in supporting the family business by assisting social media, scheduling, and admin duties.

- Alongside her business contributions Taylor is a supervisor/behavioral therapist at an autism center, where she makes a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients.

- Riley is our newest coaching intern. She is currently studying Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences (KRS) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her career path is towards personal/sports training. ​
